From last night’s program:
Republican Debate: The consensus from analysts John King, Donna Brazile and Bill Bennett seemed to be that this debate wasn’t nearly as confrontational as the YouTube Debate. But when the Des Moines Register takes the immigration topic (among others) off the table from the start, what else can be expected? I was a little surprised to see Alan Keyes on stage, but it seems he “qualified” to be there. Which somewhat surprisingly on the Democratic side – Dennis Kucinich and Mike Gravel – did not!
The remaining question that I’d like an answer to is whether or not Bennett APOLOGIZED to Mr. Cooper – at least in private – prior to his reappearance on the program last night. That’s the least that should have occurred. And yes, I stand by every rant I made against him on the day after the YouTube Debate. I still believe he should be fired. But that’s not my decision to make – so – moving on ...
Stacy Peterson disappearance: If memory serves me correctly, it took about 4 months for the police to finally arrest Scott Peterson for the murder of his wife, Laci. That would give the worried, heartsick Drew Peterson about 2 more months to get his “act” in order before he gets nabbed. And it obviously will have to be done by some other agency than Peterson’s previous employer, the Bolingbrook Police Department.
But Gary Tuchman’s report was enlightening – I’d never heard from Dave Brown, current husband of Drew Peterson’s first wife, nor from Pamela Bosco, Stacy’s friend and guardian of her sister Cassandra, before last night.
I felt bad for Anderson during the live interview with Pamela Bosco and Cassandra Cales. Neither seemed overly motivated to share information or express opinions – perhaps they were exhausted after a series of earlier interviews? It just seemed like poor Anderson was pulling teeth to get them to talk!
Ike Turner: I’ve never been a big Ike Turner fan, for the reasons documented by Tina Turner. For me, admiration for someone for their contributions to rock n’ roll doesn’t overshadow the respect one needs to have for a spouse. But I’m glad that he seemed to turn his life around in a positive way and I extend my sympathy to his family. Hopefully now he is in complete peace.
Shot of the Day: A retired cop named Tony Lapore has made a practice of suspending his retirement during the holiday season and “stepping out” in his “dancing cop” routine on the streets of Providence, Rhode Island. It’s become a tradition that residents look forward to.
Anderson and Gary share some laughs – Part 3 (side note – there must be some spiked eggnog in the 360° staff break room this week):
Thanks very much for visiting - have a terrific evening!

I thought Scott Peterson was creepy, but Drew Peterson makes him look like an amateur. I think that because Peterson was a former member of the police department he may have at least three more months to get his “act” together.
I enjoyed seeing Gary on the 360 Bulletin again. He has a great sense of humor. "Rock and roll forever Gary!"
